About Us
The Lightroom-ATH is a full-service creative studio located in Athens, Georgia's historic Southern Mill. Founded by Guillermo Zouain and Wendy Muniz—industry veterans with roots in Brooklyn's film and media landscape—we are dedicated to the art of shared storytelling.
Guillermo brings decades of experience in reality TV, corporate media, true crime, and musicals, while Wendy's academic foundation from Columbia University and teaching experience at NYU and Pratt Institute inform our creative approach. Together, we've built more than a studio; we've created a hub for creative collaboration where every story matters and creativity knows no bounds.

Content Production
From shoot to edit, we handle the full production lifecycle. Whether you need branded photo and video content, documentary film, podcast production, or experimental storytelling, our team manages every stage—from concept development through final delivery. We work with creators, brands, educators, and nonprofits to bring your vision to life with top-tier tools and technical expertise.
Podcasting Production
Our award-winning podcast studios are fully equipped for professional audio and video recording. Whether you're hosting independently or need our team to produce the entire show, we tailor the experience to your vision. Services include hourly studio rentals, monthly membership packages (5-hour and 10-hour options), full production support with engineering and post-production, and strategic consulting to help you launch and grow your show.
Gear Rentals
We maintain a curated collection of top-tier, budget-friendly rental equipment for creators who value quality. Our production gear center includes cameras, lenses, lighting rigs, audio equipment, stands, flags, accessories, and bundled packages. Customers can book online, by phone, or by email, with setup and breakdown included in rental periods.
Creative Strategy & Consulting
Whether you're launching a new brand or refining an existing one, we begin with a deep-dive strategic session. We audit your current content, identify what's working and what's missing, explore distribution opportunities, and brainstorm actionable ideas tailored to your goals. Over the next 7-10 days, we deliver a comprehensive Creative Brief Proposal—your personalized roadmap for standout content and strategic growth.

We offer two professionally equipped studio environments available for hourly rental:
Photo & Video Cyclorama Studio — A versatile double-height cyc room with gorgeous northern light and full blackout capability. Features pre-programmed Sidus Link lighting control, a projector for backdrops, professional staging tools, and a flexible setup for product shoots, photo sessions, video content, and larger-scale productions.
Podc
ast Studio — A sound-treated, fully equipped space designed for solo recordings, interviews, and multi-camera video podcasts. Features professional microphones, mixers, headphones, multi-camera video setup, and on-site engineering support.
Post-Production Services
Our experienced team handles all aspects of post-production for audio and visual content. Services include photo retouching and color grading, podcast mixing and editing, multi-camera video cutting, sound design, and comprehensive polishing for campaigns, episodes, and films. Whether you need to fix a single shot or deliver a complete season, we ensure your content looks sharp and sounds clean.
On-Location Production
Need professional support beyond our studio walls? We offer full on-location production services with crew and equipment tailored to your shoot. Whether you're capturing a branded campaign, documentary interview, or short film, we bring the same creative energy and technical precision on-site as we do in-studio.
Studio Offerings
Hourly Content Production in Cyc Room $250/hour: Perfect for product shoots, video content creation, or sessions requiring specialized technical support. Includes support from one of our photo, video, or sound specialists, access to basic equipment, exclusive savings on additional gear rentals, an optional tethering station, and file delivery via Dropbox.
Hourly Podcast Production $90-$250/hour: Studio-only rental ($90/hour) provides space, equipment, and full technical setup. Full production ($250/hour) includes on-site engineering support, pro-grade equipment, sound-treated studio, multi-camera video setup, and file delivery via Dropbox.
Monthly Podcast Memberships
Full Production — 5-Hour Monthly Package: $1,000/month: Includes 5 hours of studio time, gear, and production engineer support per month. Minimum 3-month commitment. Hours roll over monthly.
Full Production — 10-Hour Monthly Package: $1,650/month: Includes 10 hours of studio time, priority scheduling, a bonus 30-minute monthly strategy session with our team, and gear/engineering support. Minimum 3-month commitment. Hours roll over monthly.
Content Packages (Bi-Monthly)
Essential Content Package: $1,500 8 edited photos (hero, styled, lifestyle) + 2 short reels (5-15 sec, IG/TikTok optimized). Includes light retouching, social crops, seasonal styling, and hi-res/web delivery.
Upgraded Essentials Package: $1,800 10-12 edited photos + 3 short reels with styled details, hero shots, and lifestyle imagery. Includes advanced retouching, all social crops, and complete post-production.
Premium Storytelling Package: $3,000 15 edited photos + 5 reels with motion, mood, and narrative storytelling. Includes advanced styling, shot planning, custom storytelling elements, and full post-production delivery.
Creative Strategy Session
$375 for 1.5 hours: Deep-dive brand audit, content analysis, goal clarification, distribution strategy exploration, and actionable ideation. Delivers a comprehensive Creative Brief Proposal within 7-10 days.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Lighting & Control: Full professional lighting setup with Sidus Link programmable control system (iPhone or desktop compatible). Pre-set, fully customizable lighting design for mood, effects, and color control.
Studio Infrastructure: High-ceiling versatile spaces with natural northern light option or complete blackout capability. Projector for custom backdrops, professional staging tools (apple boxes, producer desks), and tethering station available.
Audio & Video: Professional microphones, mixers, headphones, multi-camera video setup (up to 4 angles), and sound-treated environments for clean recordings and playback.
Gear Inventory: Comprehensive rental collection including cameras, lenses, lighting kits, audio equipment, stands, flags, and production accessories carefully curated for quality and value.
Post-Production: In-house color grading, photo retouching, audio mixing, multi-cam editing, and sound design capabilities for polished final delivery.
WHO WE WORK WITH
We partner with podcasters, educators, content creators, brands, nonprofits, and student creators—anyone with a story to tell. Our experience spans branded content, documentary film, educational series, masterclasses, product campaigns, music video production, and experimental storytelling.
Special Student Discount: Valid student ID holders receive $75/hour for both podcast and cyclorama studio bookings.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Security deposits ($100 hold) are automatically released upon session completion.
